Before becoming the protector of the Hollywood Outlaws and the co-star of the Tea Totin' Mornin'Show, Buddy was a wanderer. Back in the fall of 2010, he was wandering the streets of East L.A., down and out and ready to throw in the bone. That's when Maija and a friend almost ran him over and he was saved.They picked him up and brushed him off. Maija's friend took him in and he almost had a home until he ate the inside of the guy's Jag, seatbelts and all. Buddy was headed to a shelter when he was saved again. The Hollywood Outlaws took him in. Buddy is now working hard to overcome his separation anxiety and affinity for eating small animals. His wandering days are over.
