This controversial film was originally called Bitter Jester and was promptly stopped, buried and meant to never to be seen again. Originally meant to be a documentary on stand-up comedy centered on the career of comedienne, Maija Di Giorgio, the film becomes much more than Maija could ever expect when a crazed producer turns her film into a hunt for celebrity interviews and the subsequent footage sparks a scandal leading to blackmail and censorship. Hollywood Outlaw is the version of Bitter Jester that tells it all, the result of the battle against this scandal.
